Library and Reading Room

The College administration has a very scientific approach towards learning. A well-established library with a collection of more than 30,000 reference books and 80 periodicals, other magazines iand internet facilities a big asset to the College. All the students of the College are members of the library. They are entitled to borrow from the library. Students will have to follow the strict rules and regulations of the library.

Hostels

The college provides hostel accommodation to 50 men and 40 women students. The principal will be the warden of the hostels. A deputy warden appointed by the Principal will reside in the hostel and will be incharge of the welfare of the students.

Poor Students Aid Fund

The poor and needy students are extended financial assistance from the funds raised by the PTA for the purpose. The beneficiaries are identified and recommended by the respective tutors.

Canteen

A well established and hygienic canteen functions in the College for providing light refreshments to the students and staff of the College.

Co-operative Store

The membership to the co-operative store is open to all students and staff. Books, stationary and provisions are made available to the members at concessional rates.

Career Guidance Centre

The center offers career and course guidance services to the learners inside and outside the campus and conducts coaching classes for candidates appearing for various competitive examinations. The center also subscribes to various journals and periodicals related to career guidance.

Tutorial System

To monitor the academic performance of the students and look into their personal problems, a tutorial system functions effectively in the College. 15 – 30 students are placed under the care of a tutor who periodically holds meetings with parents and the students to evaluate the classroom performance and offer counseling, if required.
